  • Yes, you can! Not only are you eligible for a position at ERNI, we will also offer you a relocation package if we find a project for you.

  • We advocate for a hybrid model where in-person attendance ranges from 20% to 80%. It's true that more than 70% of our projects allow us to have only 20% in-person attendance, but it's always possible that we may need 40%, 60%, or even 80%

  • Our technical experts will challenge your knowledge on a video call conversation. For most of our processes, we do not need a technical test.

  • The average duration of our recruitment process is 3-4 weeks, but please note that factors like role complexity and the number of applicants can influence the timeline.

  • For most of our positions, the interview process is conducted online. If you wish to meet the team in person, we encourage you to ask us!
