At ERNI, we’re looking for an Application Support Engineer or SysMonitoring professional to ensure the reliability and performance of our client's analytics platform, used across multiple global sites. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping everything running smoothly, responding to alerts, and collaborating with international teams. 🌐🔍

What will you do?
You’ll be responsible for monitoring how our analytics application performs across various sites. You’ll detect and respond to alarms or issues, work closely with APAC teams, and ensure everything is running at top efficiency. You’ll also handle database monitoring (SQL), scripting tasks, and manage network configurations. ⚙️

What are we looking for?
- Experience in software and application monitoring.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with teams.
- Knowledge of network configuration: enabling and disabling access.
- Proficiency with SQL databases.
- Scripting skills: PowerShell and Bash.
- Experience handling technical incidents in distributed environments.
