You’ll be working on a platform implementation project where quality and testing play a crucial role. This is not an architect-level role, but you’ll need to have a strong technical vision to ensure robust deployments and a scalable platform. Your expertise in DevOps practices, pipelines, GitHub processes, and AWS will be essential for improving delivery efficiency and reliability.

With people. Besides your team and manager, you’ll have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals. 🎯📈

What will you bring? 🤝

- Proven experience with .NET development and platform implementation

- Good understanding of testing practices to ensure high-quality delivery

- Solid knowledge of DevOps pipelines, GitHub, and deployment processes

- Experience with AWS

- Interest in collaborating with teams transitioning to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

- A mindset for continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration

Project environment:

- Projects are currently legacy-based but moving toward Agile practices

- Working cycles: 1–2 week sprints plus quarterly planning

- Focus on platform development with strong emphasis on deployment and quality

- Long-term roadmap aligned with yearly business needs in automotive manufacturing

- On-site once a week (Thursdays)

- Every two months: 3 additional days for team retrospectives
