At ERNI, we’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex initiatives that bring together global teams, drive delivery excellence, and foster knowledge-sharing through internal communities. In this role, you’ll combine strategic project leadership with the energy of enabling people acting as both program driver and cultural connector.

You'll join a long-term project in the pharmaceutical industry with visibility at global level, strategic influence, and direct involvement with high-impact initiatives in Delivery and Product Ownership. This is a senior role with autonomy, flexibility, and room to grow backed by ERNI’s supportive structure and people-first values.

How do we make this happen? 🤔

With people. Besides your team and manager, you’ll have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What will you bring? 🤝

• 15+ years leading complex programs in international environments: You’ve faced multifaceted projects before those with several teams, business streams, and change dynamics. 

• Project Management & Agile certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe...): You know how to blend traditional and agile approaches to deliver value. 

• Hands-on delivery experience (scope, timeline, cost, risk, team coordination, etc.): You understand delivery from the ground up and can anticipate roadblocks. 

• Strong stakeholder and communication skills (English fluency required): You’ll engage with global teams, business owners, and leadership. 

• Experience energizing internal communities or forums: Whether it's facilitating working groups, running Connect Sessions, or ensuring continuity across sessions, you enjoy enabling others, maintaining visibility, and giving structure to shared knowledge.

• Tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence: You’re comfortable managing roadmaps, documentation, and backlogs in modern collaboration environments.

• Lead global programs from concept to execution

• Align teams around delivery milestones, priorities, and dependencies

• Facilitate communication, working sessions, and governance rituals

• Support Delivery and Product Ownership communities (Connects, working groups, internal knowledge sharing)

• Create clarity, structure, and engagement in every initiative you drive
