From day one, you will have a mentor with you, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What will you do?

• You’ll be part of an international team responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines and models that enable reliable data availability for analytics and decision-making.
• Designing and building pipelines to move data from Aveva PI Historian and Inmation to Snowflake (via Kafka or S3).
• Implementing TAG mapping between Aveva PI and Snowflake to ensure consistent data modeling.
• Developing and maintaining scalable data models for historian data in Snowflake.Optimizing data flows to ensure performance, security, and scalability across the ecosystem.
• Ensuring data integrity, reliability, and readiness for use by BI and analytics teams.

What are we looking for?

✅ Strong experience as a Data Engineer, with focus on building scalable pipelines and data models.
✅ Proficiency in AWS, Python, DBT, Snowflake, RDBMS, and Kafka.
✅ Proven experience in integrating and optimizing data ingestion and transformation processes.
✅ Knowledge of data modeling best practices and modern ETL architectures.
✅ Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, global environment.
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
✅ Fluent English (spoken & written).
