What you will bring 🤝

• Minimum 5+ years of professional .NET development experience and proven experience in a team lead role

• Strong expertise with C# and modern .NET ( .NET Core / .NET 6+ )

• Experience building backend services and APIs using ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core and RESTful APIs

• Solid practical application of Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles

• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or similar) and ORMs (Entity Framework / EF Core)

• Cloud and DevOps experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

• Frontend or cross‑platform familiarity (Flutter, Angular, React, Blazor) is a plus

• English level C1 or higher

• Experience with MedTech or other high regulated environments

You will be responsible for

• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based applications and services.

• Guide other engineers through coaching, code reviews and pair‑programming to improve skills, autonomy and code quality.

• Support technical decisions.

• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business or regulatory needs.

• Take ownership of features or components throughout their full lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with international team members, product owners, architects, and stakeholders.
