Join ERNI as Senior IT Recruiter to actively source IT Talent in the German-speaking region (DACH) and partner with international stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team — at ERNI you’re never just a number.
What you will bring 🤝
• At least 5 years of experience in IT recruiting
• University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong experience in active sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools
• Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher)
• Experience in international recruiting is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland
• Structured, proactive, and independent working style
You will be responsible for…
• Manage the full recruitment process for IT roles, from briefing to offer
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders in an international environment
• Actively source IT talent in the German-speaking region (DACH) using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Conduct interviews in German and English
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and sourcing strategies
Our working model 👩🔬
We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.
Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
