As a Quality Specialist you will ensure the QMS is followed across all sites and raise quality awareness. At ERNI, you are never just a number. Even if you work on a project, you will feel part of the team and always supported.

How do we make this happen? 🤔

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring 🤝

• University degree in Software Engineering or in a related discipline.

• Profound knowledge of ISO Norms (9001, 13485).

• Knowledge of IEC 62304 (desirable).

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management.

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both min. B2). German is a plus.

• Readiness to travel occasionally (mainly in Europe).

You will be responsible for

• Assuring that quality system is consistently followed on all sites.

• Continuously increasing the quality awareness in the whole Group.

• Operating and maintaining the internal non-conformity system.

• Operating and maintaining the internal training management system.

• Driving the CAPA process and performing root cause analysis.

• Processing and managing change requests.

• Supporting planning and preparation of internal & external audits.

• Performing internal system audits.

• Performing periodic project audits.

• Ensuring that all assigned projects are consistently following the correct processes.

• Performing quality reviews on quality gates.

• Performing monthly project reviews.

• Train and support project members.

• Report non-conformities.

• Continuous improvement of project process by submitting change request.
