Do you want to work for an International Service Delivery Center in Spain as a Product Owner?

You will be part of a cross-functional agile team building a next-generation data management platform within a highly regulated environment. The system is designed using a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture, handling complex workflows, real-time data processing, and integrations with external systems.

In this role you will own and prioritize the product backlog, translate epics into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and work closely with Project Managers, architects and stakeholders to deliver maximum value.

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring 🤝

• Proven experience in SAFe environments. SAFe POPM certification preferred.

• Solid Agile product delivery and backlog ownership.

• Skilled in breaking down epics into features and defining clear acceptance criteria.

• Experience in release coordination together with the Scrum Master.

• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, medical devices) is an advantage.

• Hands‑on knowledge of Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
