What you will bring 🤝

• Bachelor’s degree in Software/ Engineering or a related field.

• Strong experience with React.js and its ecosystem.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, MobX, etc.).

• Experience consuming RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency with Git.

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable, and modular UI architectures.

• Ability to translate functional and business requirements and UX/UI designs into intuitive pixel-perfect UI components and user flows.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Focus on quality and craftsmanship, not just delivery speed.

• A collaborative approach: we succeed as a team, not as individuals.

• Comfort working in international environments.

• English fluency. German is a plus.

You will be responsible for

• Develop scalable, user‑centric frontend applications using React and modern frontend technologies.

• Design and maintain a robust, modular UI architecture with a focus on performance, accessibility and security.

• Implement automated testing (unit, integration and end‑to‑end) and apply TDD/BDD practices to ensure traceability to requirements.

• Integrate frontends with backend APIs and lab systems (LIS/LIMS); ensure data persistence, auditing and security requirements are met.

• Support CI/CD and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) to enable reliable delivery and production troubleshooting.

• Maintain required documentation and regulatory artifacts to comply with QMS and applicable standards.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, backend and validation teams in Agile/SAFe ceremonies; mentor peers and contribute to architecture decisions.
