IT Talent Acquisition Lead – Talent AttractionI don’t consider myself the usual HR recruiter. I do, however, believe in deep personal connections, the art of talent acquisition, and the importance of helping people be successful and shine in their careers.
I am a talent acquisition lover. I am an engager of people who are great at what they do. I am a listener, a coach, a candidate advocate. I am a matchmaker.
In over seven years of working experience, and multiple learning experiences, I have managed selection processes and employee follow-up plans from top to bottom for different roles, especially IT profiles and marketing-related departments.
However, my role is not limited to the recruiting process. As a self-motivated person by nature, I also enjoy designing disruptive talent management strategies, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and participating in activities meant to further develop the company’s organizational culture, diversity and inclusion.
